Town and Country Technical Services Inc was founded in 1983 by Robert Franklin and William Tittel. Based on the belief that quality work and reliability was most important we still follow that belief today. Currently Town and Country Technical Services conducts business as Keytel Systems providing quality voice, data, and structured cabling systems. David Moraine and Kristopher Haley now own and operate Keytel Systems and we strive to provide the best quality work at the best price possible. David has been in the voice communications industry for over 16 years. Being a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, David is able to design structured cabling for any size business large or small. David also designs our Integrated Telephony systems from Digital to VoIP.

Kristopher Haley - Vice President

Kris has been in the Data services field for 10 years. Kris received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and leads all Data services and VoIP installations at Keytel. Whether your network consists of one server or one hundred servers, Keytel Systems is able to to provide the services your business requires.
