Date and Time Change

Follow the instructions below using any phone on the system that has a display (The blue text should appear on the display after each step):

1. Press Transfer  (Programming Mode)

2. Dial 200   (Enable Cus. Prog. Passcode:)

3. Dial 12341   (Enable)

4. Press Speaker   (Select Prog ID)

5. Dial 505
   
   The display will show the current date and time information and ask for the new date and time. Use the information below to enter the new information.
   
   W = Day of Week (Sunday=0, Monday=1, Tuesday=3,....etc)
   
   MM=Month (January=01, February=02, March=03,....etc)
   
   DD=Day of Month
   
   YY=Year
   
   HHMM=Military time (1:00pm=1300, 2:00pm=1400,...etc)

6. Enter new information
   
   Example: Wednesday, March 7th, 2007 at 2:30pm = 03307071430

7. Press Transfer

The display on all phones will be changed to the new date and time.
